We are an Insurance Agency firm based in Nairobi-Kenya which provides insurance solutions from several leading insurance companies on general, medical, life and investment products.

We have our eyes set on our vision “to become the Insurance Agency of choice in East Africa” and are thus seeking the best talent specified below to join our team in this quest:

Insurance Advisors/ Marketing Executives

Key Objective of the Job:
• To provide insurance product information to target customers, close sales based on client needs, realise targets, and meet/ exceed customer expectations.
• Partner with customers to build trusted relationships and enhance market penetration.
• You will undergo an initial training on the various insurance products and selling skills, and further periodic reinforcement and refresher training.
Key Outputs of the Position:
• To make new prospecting calls daily
• To make sales presentations on insurance products daily
• Meet set monthly/ annual sales targets
• Advising/ Educating customers on insurance solutions
Desirable Qualifications:
• Degree/ Diploma/ Certificate in Insurance, Sales, Marketing or any Business discipline
• Certificate of Proficiency in Insurance (COP) will be an advantage
Experience & Competencies:
• Minimum 2 years successful, proven experience in Direct Selling preferably in the service sector
• Insurance Sales experience (current & successful) will be a clear advantage
• Proficiency in MS Office – Word, Excel, PowerPoint
• Aggressive, Resilient, Self-Driven personality and focused on individual and team success
• Excellent communication and people skills
• High Integrity and Honesty
